At the Annual World Link for Law Conference held in New York City, from 11th to 13th May 2017, Brazilian Lean Full Service – LFS ® law firm Montgomery & Associados was appointed as the Regional Centre Member Firm for South America and its Founding and Managing Partner, Neil Montgomery, who already co-chairs the association’s LATAM Group with Rosa María Arasa, from Barcelona-based law firm Euroforo, was elected to the Board for a three year term.
“I feel very honoured to have been chosen by the World Link for Law members to occupy one of the 13 positions on its Board. Since our firm joined the association less than three years’ ago, I have really felt welcomed by all members, which are not only fabulous firms but also have great people. There will certainly be much to do and so it is time to roll up our sleeves! One of my goals will be to enhance the network’s visibility and presence in Latin America and so will be reaching out to firms in countries not yet covered by the network to ask them to join this thriving organization. The appointment of Montgomery & Associados as the new Regional Centre Member Firm for South America will certainly provide us with the tools needed to achieve such goal” Neil Montgomery comments.
