Career, professional experiences and Associations:
Throughout her career, Mitale Sampaio has advised national and multinational companies, from the most varied economic sectors in the middle-market, in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, corporate reorganizations, tax planning in transactions in the telecommunications and education sectors, provided strategic tax consultancy and acted in litigation (at administrative and judicial levels).
Actively participated in strategic projects of Tax Compliance and Commercial Taxation and taxation of software and new technologies. She also worked at an audit firm (BDO) and worked for reputable law firms specializing in Tax Law.
