Claudia was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association – OAB/SP under registration number 131898 in 1995. She is a lawyer with a focus on Corporate Advisory and Business Law, specialising in Foreign Investment, Corporate Law, Contracts, and M&A. She has worked in major law firms in Brazil, with significant international experience.
With expertise in team and project management, she has advised clients, particularly foreign ones, on contractual matters and the establishment of companies in Brazil, across various sectors such as Real Estate Investment, Railway Transport, Mining Law, and the Luxury Market for major international brands.
