Thais Heck graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP) Law School. She lived in Paris, where she studied international law at the Paris II Faculty – Assas and worked at a renowned Brazilian law firm with a presence in the French capital. Rana Bakri graduated from PUC-SP and has experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and international law. She is based in Paris.
