Montgomery & Associados is proud to have contributed to the book “Brazilian Labour Law Reform in Discussion”, 
which was launched on 19th September 2018, in São Paulo. Our lawyers Neil Montgomery and Drielle Amate co-authored the chapter “The impact of the Brazilian labour law and migration law reforms on expatriate employment agreements”. This is the first book published by the Business Labour and Employment Law Study Group (GEDTE), which congregates Brazil’s top labour and employment law firms and of which Montgomery & Associados is a member.
