Bruna Verdi, a specialist who has led the legal departments of renowned
companies such as Canadian Solar, Scatec Solar and Equinor (JV),
Alstom Power and Suzlon. Graduated in Law at Mackenzie, with a
postgraduate degree in Business Law at FGV and extension in Corporate
Law, Governance, Compliance and Risk Management at PUC, she is
fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish. She has also authored articles
published in Estadão (Renewables Race, Energy Sector Retrospective
and others).
