Pedro Maia was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association โ€“ OAB/SP under number 350.865 in 2014. He is a lawyer specializing in intellectual property, digital law, data protection, and economic criminal law, with an emphasis on corporate investigations, business fraud, trademark protection, and other intangible assets, as well as preventive and contentious legal advice for companies operating in the digital economy. He has experience in highly complex investigations and proceedings, including cases related to Operation Lava Jato, plea bargains, and in structuring legal strategies for the protection of trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual assets. Throughout his career, he has advised infoproduct creators, influencers, agencies, service providers, and companies in the digital market, assisting in risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and legal protection of their businesses. His work is guided by the construction of strategic legal solutions aligned with business, technological, and regulatory realities, focusing on risk prevention, asset protection, and the resolution of complex issues.
