Neil Montgomery

Admitted to the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP) in 1997 under number 146.468. He was a member of the Foreign Trade and International Relations Committee of the OAB/SP. He served as an advisor to the British Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Brazil and chaired its Legal and Tax Affairs Committee. He has spoken at numerous seminars and conferences in Brazil and abroad and has published articles on aviation law, corporate law, international law and arbitration, insurance and reinsurance, and economic and competition law. He worked at the English law firm Richards Butler (now Reed Smith), where he was a member of its Maritime Law and International Trade and Corporate Law Departments in London. He was a member of the Board of Meritas, an international association of independent law firms with a presence in over 70 countries and over 7 lawyers. He participated in the Meritas Leadership Institute Program, class of 2009/2010. Sworn Public Translator. Also admitted to the OAB/RJ under no. 182.253 and to the IBA under no. 102066-6.
