Daniel is a lawyer regularly registered with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP) (No. 312.034), with extensive experience in aviation, international, and regulatory law. He has taught graduate programs, including Aviation Law and an MBA in Civil Aviation Management, and is the author of relevant publications in the areas of international trade, corporate law, and aviation regulation.

For over six years, he was a member of the legal department of the national union representing pilots and flight attendants in Brazil, focusing on aviation, regulatory, and international law. During this time, he participated in technical committees and working groups of international civil aviation organizations, such as ICAO, IFALPA, and the ITF, in addition to actively contributing to public consultations and regulatory development conducted by ANAC.
Since 2022, he has led the Civil Aviation and Regulatory area at Montgomery, advising foreign and multinational companies in the aeronautical sector on topics such as certification and approval before ANAC, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and developing strategies to mitigate legal exposure in various regulatory environments.
