Andrea Filomeno was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP) under number 138.918 in 1997. She practices Technology, Media, and Entertainment (TME) and Intellectual Property (IP), with a focus on portfolio management of IP assets, copyright, image rights, technology, and digital law. She is responsible for managing teams of lawyers, interns, and legal assistants in these areas, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents, and implementing the LGPD (General Data Protection Regulation) in companies.
