International Women's Day has unfortunately become a business day in many places. With this in mind, we decided to launch an internal campaign to show our team (75% women) the true meaning of the day, which is the daily fight for gender equality. Everyone received a mug with the phrase "Women's Rights are Human Rights" and the hashtag "feminismisforeveryone" ("#feminismisforeverone"). Additionally, everyone received a quote related to the topic so we could discuss gender equality. Also on that day, we attended a webinar on Women in Business 2020, hosted by @GrantThornton, which enriched the discussions.
