35 years of professional experience in the general advisory legal area at law firms, national and international companies in the financial, commercial, industrial and services sectors, public sector administrative contracts, as a lawyer, manager and superintendent of the legal department. Extensive experience in the legal advisory area in civil law, civil procedure, consumer, contractual, administrative, public procurement, banking, corporate, tax, judicial reorganization, real estate, labor, civil and tax litigation, national and international agreements and financial services, investment funds, capital market transactions, debt restructurings and LGPD. Strong performance in managing credit recovery litigation, managing external offices and general legal advice. Assistance to statutory bodies (Management, Board of Directors, Fiscal Council, Audit Committee and Advisory Councils).
